Dropped the bar early on the push jerks had to clean it back up to the rack, cost me alot more time than it should have. I think I can sneak in under 5 next time.

Should have scaled up a touch, the bar was light enough that I didn't really have to pay attention to technique much at that weight. It was fun moving fast thoughPR by a couple of reps. Last time I went out a litte harder on the first two rounds and was down to single digits by the end, having goals to shoot for helped me be more consistent this time around.
