Kinda frustrating to be failing at 500. On the bright side I was holding my back position better, but I lack strength at the bottom of the pull. Am going to try to address that with deficit pulls.

20lb PR and a longstanding goal of mine.
First attempt at 405 i came up with it but lost my balance backward and hit the back of the power cage, would have fallen on my ass without the cage there. Second attempt was cleaner with better depth.
