WOD 11.23.08

Weird little workout today.

Three rounds for time of:
21 Knees to elbows
1 1/2 pood (24kg/53lb) Kettlebell swing, 21 reps
21 Push-ups
15 foot Rope climb, 3 ascents
20 inch Box jump, 21 reps
21 Romanian Deadlifts with 30lb dumbbells
Walking lunge, 150 ft

Time 24:19

Hardest part was waiting for the grip to recover on the rope climbs and then having your hands and forearms be fatigued for the kettlebell swings and holding onto the bar on the KTE's. Everything else was short enough that fatigue wasn't much of a factor.
