WOD 03.31.09

Got a workout in at Crossfit Buffalo

Seven rounds for time of:
10 Lateral Burpees
10 Ball Slams 20lb ball
10 Med Ball Cleans 20lb ball

Lateral Burpees are just burpees where you jump over a paralette each rep.

Time 13:40

Cool space, hoping to get another workout or two in before the end of the week.
