5 Rounds for time of:
20 Pull-Ups
30 Push-Ups
40 Sit-Ups
50 Squats
Rest 3 minutes between each round.
R1 2:23
R2 2:37
R3 2:50
R4 3:50
R5 3:45
First time keeping everything under 4min.
Hit the wall that 4th round but felt ok until it was all over. Then it was all dry heaves, and headaches, and rolling on the floor in pain. Barbara hates me, and I do not like her much either.
