Squatted at CF Buffalo today
Did some blindfolded squats
135x5 and 225x5
The 225 squats felt strange with the blindfold, it's weird how much you rely on vision for proprioceptive cues.
Then took the blindfold off for some heavy singles.
315, 335, 365, 375
375 felt heavy but it wasn't too bad to push through the sticking point. PR is coming.

NOTE: I annotate all my lifting as weight x reps x sets, so 200x3x5 would be 200lbs done for three repetitions for five sets.
