DU's still suck. Was an interesting workout from the perspective that even though I was out of breath after the DU's I could still fire through the jumps and pull-ups. Out of breath but not tired, different energy sources.

NOTE: I annotate all my lifting as weight x reps x sets, so 200x3x5 would be 200lbs done for three repetitions for five sets.
