WOD 01.01.09 Crossfit Total

Squat: 345, 355F, 355F
Press: 185F, 175, 185F
DL: 445, 495F, 495F
Total: 965

I have work to do, but I feel like I have a starting point at least. Have to figure out how to address the losses in maximal strength that I have had over the last few months.
