WOD 02.08.09 Fran

"Fran"
21-15-9 reps for time of:
Thrusters at 95lbs
Pull-Up

Time 3:24 (PR by 33 seconds)

It was a funny experience, after the first round of thrusters and pull-ups I actually felt ok. I was breathing alright and was thinking more or less straight. It only took 12 thrusters to change that, but still.

I want a sub 3 Fran by the end of the year, not sure how doable that is, but I'm throwing it out there.
