High Bar Back Squat
135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 245x5, 265x5
Decided to go high bar because I have never done them before and I wanted to keep the weight light because I'm still recovering this week.

NOTE: I annotate all my lifting as weight x reps x sets, so 200x3x5 would be 200lbs done for three repetitions for five sets.
