WOD 06.13.09

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:
Deadlift, 1.5x BW
Ring Dips (strict)

5:27 as rx'd (262.5lbs)

Weight was perfect, heavy enough that going unbroken was difficult. I still say kipping dips aren't bullshit though, but I don't mind doing them strict every now and again.
