20 seconds of Deadlift 225lbs
40 seconds of Rest
20 seconds of Burpees

Total 166

PR by a couple of reps. Last time I went out a litte harder on the first two rounds and was down to single digits by the end, having goals to shoot for helped me be more consistent this time around.
