Today was a 3x5 Front Squat workout, followed by a short Metcon for FGB prep.

Felt something go a little weird with my back on the last set. Felt fine later on.
Then:

10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls @ 95#
20 Box Jumps @ 24"
