WOD 09.14.09

Missed a few again.

Bench Press 5x3

Really should have had that last one, my arm got out of postition, the bar stalled (but never started coming down) and then my spotter grabbed it. I really think I would have had it, I never lose lifts at lockout, I lose them coming off the chest. I'll have it next time around I'm sure.
