As Many Rounds as Possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
17 Rounds + 5 pull-ups, 7 push-ups
Way off my PR, but not bad considering I am heavier and haven't done much conditioning work over the last few months and none of it longer than 10 minutes.

NOTE: I annotate all my lifting as weight x reps x sets, so 200x3x5 would be 200lbs done for three repetitions for five sets.
