WOD 12.26.09 "Cindy"

Workout out at CF Generations down near Philly, awesome little box.

As Many Rounds as Possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

17 Rounds + 5 pull-ups, 7 push-ups

Way off my PR, but not bad considering I am heavier and haven't done much conditioning work over the last few months and none of it longer than 10 minutes.
