Last cycle I got 3 reps at 430, still feel liked I bitched out a little this time though, I felt like I left a rep or two on the bar. My deadlift mechanics just haven't felt right for a while.

NOTE: I annotate all my lifting as weight x reps x sets, so 200x3x5 would be 200lbs done for three repetitions for five sets.
