Fuck Rowing.
Did the round the block 60 burpee run with the foundations folks. 4:28, right after I ate dinner, good times.
Taught a short intro on the low bar back squat to all 3 classes today. Was a bit tounge tied the first go round, but found my language and hit my stride during the 6PM class. Great experience.
